Terms of Service & Student Policies

By accessing or using getmasterup.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetMaster Up ("we", "our", or "us"), operating under the laws of India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform independently. Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the Platform only with verified parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

• Account creation requires signing in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

• Students must complete registration and full payment before accessing course materials.
• Course access will be granted via login credentials within 24 hours of payment confirmation by our team.
• Enrollment is strictly non-transferable — you may not transfer your enrollment to another person.

• All course fees must be paid in full. Installment plans, if offered, will be communicated separately.
• Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer as communicated during checkout. After making payment, you must upload proof of payment (JPG, PNG, or PDF, maximum 5 MB) within the Platform, or send it to enrollments@getmasterup.com.
• Every enrollment is reviewed and approved by our team. Access to course content is granted only after payment confirmation.
• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.
• Please keep payment receipts and transaction references (UTR numbers) for your records.

Violations of the Code of Conduct (Section 11) that result in removal from the course are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

If your payment proof is rejected (e.g. due to an incorrect amount or unreadable file), your enrollment will not be activated and you will be notified by email. You may re-submit correct proof at no additional cost.

To request a refund, contact us at support@getmasterup.com with your enrollment ID and reason for cancellation.

• Students are encouraged to attend all live sessions to maximise learning outcomes.
• A minimum of 75% attendance may be required to qualify for certification, as specified per course.
• Students must maintain professional and respectful behaviour during all live sessions and interactions on the Platform.

• Students must complete assignments independently and submit original work.
• Plagiarism or submitting copied work may result in disqualification from certification and removal from the course without a refund.

• Certificates will be issued after successful completion of all course requirements.
• Students must meet the attendance requirements and submit all required assignments and projects to be eligible for certification.
• Certificates issued by GetMaster Up remain our intellectual property; we grant you the right to display them for personal and professional purposes.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, slides, presentations, written materials, code samples, and documents — is owned by GetMaster Up or its content partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view course content for their own educational use.
• You must not record, copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission.
• Sharing login credentials to allow others to access course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

• Students must respect instructors and fellow learners at all times.
• Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour during sessions or on the Platform will not be tolerated.
• Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.

• Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection.
• A laptop or desktop computer is required for technical courses.
• Any required software should be installed before training sessions begin, as communicated by the instructor.

Career guidance and interview preparation may be provided as part of the training. However, job placement is not guaranteed and depends on individual student performance, effort, and prevailing market conditions. Completing a course does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or any specific career outcome.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other users' access.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Platform.

• All official communication will be through email or the Platform. Students are responsible for checking for updates regularly.
• Important announcements regarding batches, schedule changes, or policy updates will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

• Student personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for course administration purposes.
• Information collected is used solely for course administration, communication, and certification purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetMaster Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@getmasterup.com. Account deletion is permanent and removes access to all enrolled courses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
